Adds a top-level MIT

This PR adds a first-party license; the existing NOTICE files are unchanged.Identified during an audit of license coverage across the PlayFab org. MIT matches the existing convention used by
PlayFabCSdk,PlayFabSDK_Unity, andPlayFab-Samples; the text is copied verbatim fromPlayFabCSdkwith the copyright year updated.No code changes.
