Add 128-step differential CPU/RAM regressions for JSR d8(A0,Xn) covering D1.W, D1.L, A1.W, A1.L, negative displacement, negative index, and positive index. The fixture initializes matching registers in both reference and optimized CPU paths. Awaiting CI.
