Adds a persistent local audit trail for successful portable archive restores. Full and selective restore responses keep their existing result fields and add a receipt containing generated ID, UTC timestamp, mode, result counts, and for selective restore the approved M5.4 plan token plus sorted selected recording IDs. Receipts are stored atomically in a separate
<recordings path>.restore-receipts.jsonfile and never duplicate archive/audio payloads. New read-onlyGET /api/recording-archive/receipts?limit=50lists newest receipts with a validated 1–200 limit. Includes receipt persistence/API/limit tests, README and M5.5 docs. If a receipt write fails after an already committed restore, the API reports that explicitly and does not falsely claim an audit record exists.
