Post-merge M1.27 qualification on
fdad80146e7a17a199ed3821da47152e7138c5e5reached the live collector and exposed the same file-mode dependency one level deeper:collect-release-index.shexecutedcreate-release-index.sh(and thenverify-release-index.sh) directly. Invoke both helpers explicitly through POSIXsh, preserving behavior while making the transparency chain independent of executable bits.
