Pins all GitHub Actions used by CI, Integration and Release to immutable commit SHAs while retaining version comments for readability. Also pins the companion Ploos-AS/soju integration checkout to commit 5ba37fb3110375f5efc35ad59dc2e2a91eb33fe1 so real-soju qualification is reproducible and cannot drift with soju main.
