Fix Stuff Cheeks, Lilligant, Buizel and Floatzel data

This PR fixes the following things:

• A CSV line in CSV number 100067 was misplaced
• Stuff Cheeks move had its defense boost set in it's data and in it's code, resulting in two separate boosts when used
• Lilligant had wrong baby symbol and egg groups data
• Buizel and Floatzel had wrong sprite names for their normal and shiny female front sprites
