Move selections saved with the old RPC default to the current one - #82

- A selection saved while dRPC, PublicNode and Tenderly were the default never chose anything, so it moves to the current default; any other saved choice stays, and saves are now v3 so a later choice is never moved
- Only a saved selection whose enabled set is exactly dRPC, PublicNode and Tenderly moves; a custom URL stays as an off row, and any other choice is left as it was - Selections are now saved as v3, so the rule runs on old saves only and never moves a choice made later Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
