THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THIS PROJECT. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO FIRST REVIEW THE BIFROST INITIATIVE AND BIFROSTOS.
I have centralized my efforts to simplify access to multiple resilient networks. BifrostOS is now the recommended all-in-one solution, providing Hyphanet plus three other networks (Tor, I2P, ZeroNet) in a single, pre-configured image using one command.
I invite you to try BifrostOS, the comprehensive solution:

LBrowser: Go Further!
LBrowser (Little Browser) is a compact, open-source web browser built for privacy and exploration. Navigate the standard web securely and easily access alternative networks like Tor, I2P, Zeronet, and Hyphanet through integrated Docker container modes.
In a web increasingly focused on tracking and data harvesting, LBrowser offers a different path. Our core philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you. We never collect, store, sell, or use your Browse information for any purpose, including training AI models. LBrowser uses the reliable, open-source Chromium rendering engine via a webview, focusing solely on helping you find what you're looking for, wherever it is on the web.
- Seamless Multi-Network Access: Easily switch between the standard web and decentralized/privacy networks (Tor, I2P, Zeronet, Hyphanet) via simple Docker mode toggles. (Requires Docker installed and running).
- Built-in Privacy & Security: Zero data tracking, collection, or selling. Includes an integrated ad and tracker blocker. Focus on secure, curated Docker images.
- Lightweight & Efficient: Designed to be small and performant.
- Open Source: Transparent code allows for community review and contributions.
- Media Extraction Mode: Effortlessly extract and download all multimedia content from a page.
- No Default Search Engine Bias: The address bar does not force searches to any specific engine, honoring your choice of how and where to search.
The easiest way to get LBrowser is to download a pre-compiled release for your operating system.

LBrowser is an open-source project, and you are welcome to build it from source. Detailed instructions on how to set up your development environment and build the project, along with further documentation, can be found on the official website:

LBrowser is primarily developed and maintained by a single person (myself!) in my free time. Contributions from the community are incredibly valuable and welcome!
There are several ways you can contribute:
- ⭐ Star the Repository: Show your support and help increase the project's visibility.
- 🐛 Report Bugs: Encountered a bug? Please submit an issue. Before submitting, please check existing issues to avoid duplicates. Provide as much detail as possible (OS, LBrowser version, steps to reproduce).
- 💡 Suggest Features: Have an idea for a new feature or improvement? Open an issue to discuss it.
- 💻 Submit Code (Pull Requests): If you're a developer, feel free to fork the repository and submit pull requests with fixes or new features. Please check the contribution guidelines (if any, link from your website docs) first.
- 🔝 Sponsor Development: LBrowser is free and doesn't sell data. You can support the project financially and even influence feature prioritization through community "commissions" via Ko-fi. Sponsor LBrowser on Ko-fi
This project would have been significantly harder to develop without the generous free tools and libraries provided by these organizations. Although they do not financially or otherwise support LBrowser directly, their contributions to the open-source and development communities are invaluable and greatly appreciated.
