chore: sync with upstream silo-push-relay main (2026-09-28) - #8
Conversation
Brings in upstream's auth/timer overhead reductions, fetch-with-timeout helper, disabled production observability logging, strengthened relay regression tests, and consolidated contributor/agent docs. New upstream content is rebranded to Prairie (APNs topic, payload keys, alert title, contribution links); canonical-hash golden values recomputed for the Prairie APNs topic. Preserve exception identification in development.
When a handler throws, this catch now discards the error. Development logs lose the exception name for unexpected 500 responses, although the PR objective says development observability is unchanged. Restore the previous request-failure log; production logging is already disabled through Wrangler configuration.

org.prairieserver.prairie,prairie_delivery_id, alert titlePrairie, contribution/issue/AI-policy links point to Prairie-Server).FCM_PROJECT_ID: siloandroid-a60b9is unchanged, same as currentmain.Conflict notes
.gitignore: kept Prairie'snode_modulesand added upstream's/.agents/,/.claude/,google-services.json.AGENTS.md: took upstream's consolidated Architecture section, rebranded topush.prairie-server.org, and kept Prairie's note about why V8 coverage is unsupported.CLAUDE.md: took upstream's symlink toAGENTS.md. Prairie's old CLAUDE.md content is already covered by the consolidated AGENTS.md.src/provider-token-object.ts: took upstream'sfetchWithTimeoutstructure, but kept Prairie's type-safeunknownnarrowing of the token response in place of upstream'sascast.test/relay.test.ts: took upstream's clock-spy version of the provider-token refresh test (withrequest_idadded to the JSON type). Rebranded the new test fixtures. The canonical-hash golden values in "preserves canonical hashes..." were recomputed for the Prairie topic. I checked the method by reproducing upstream's values fororg.siloserver.silofirst.no-base-to-string), which upstream doesn't run. Narrowedinit.body/urlexplicitly.CONTRIBUTING.md/README.md: rebranded, and addedpnpm run lintto the documented gate to match Prairie CI.Deployment note
ci.ymldeploys to thedevelopmentWorker (push.dev.prairie-server.org) on every push tomain, and to production on push toproduction. Merging this PR will auto-deploy to dev. This PR run only does verify plus awrangler deploy --dry-run.Merge with 'Create a merge commit' — do not squash.
