debounce QR generation

Debounce QR generation so rapid server URL changes only trigger one QR refresh instead of doing repeated PNG generation on the UI thread.

• Issue: 🐛 [Bug] QR code generation blocks the UI thread — causes stutter on rapid reconnects #57
• Added a short debounce around QR regeneration
• Cleared the QR timer on teardown to avoid stale updates

• npm run build in desktop/frontend
