Addresses #327 (comment) and #332
Adds content from Choosing Your Android Based OS into Android Tips, and archives the former. Previously, I just tried to delete the file. I believe this should be a higher priority PR to evaluate, as DivestOS has been discontinued for a year and this PR takes away that recommendation.
