Description

Fetch and display GitHub contributors for each project on the detail page.

Phase: V2 · Depends on: #11

Tasks

• GitHub API integration (GET /repos/{owner}/{repo}/contributors)
• Cache layer (database or file, refresh weekly)
• Contributors section: avatar grid (top 10-20), links to profiles
• Handle edge cases: private repos, bots, rate limits

Acceptance Criteria

• Contributors show with correct avatars
• Rate limits respected, cached fallback works
• Page doesn't break if data missing
