Tasks

• Lighthouse > 90 on all page types
• Core Web Vitals: LCP < 2.5s, FID < 100ms, CLS < 0.1
• Image optimization, bundle analysis, code splitting
• Accessibility: keyboard nav, screen reader, WCAG AA contrast
• Load test with 100 concurrent users
• Cross-browser QA (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, mobile)
• All forms end-to-end tested
• Custom domain + SSL verified
• Error monitoring (Sentry), DB backup configured

Acceptance Criteria

• Lighthouse > 90, all Core Web Vitals green
• No accessibility violations
• Site handles 100 concurrent users
• Custom domain live with HTTPS
