What changed\n\nWired the agent runtime debug-mode plumbing through generation so debug entries now flow into the in-app agent debug panel instead of being silent. The settings copy was updated to describe the new panel behavior.\n\n## Why\n\nThis makes debug mode visible and actionable for troubleshooting prompt, response, tool-call, and result details during generation.\n\n## Validation\n\nReviewed the branch diff and the affected runtime/settings paths.\n
