exclude 中的 "bin/" 在 gitignore 语义下会匹配任意层级的 bin 目录， 导致 src/bin/ziro.rs 被一并排除，cargo install ziro 装不到可执行文件。 改为 "/bin/" 锚定到仓库根，只排除 npm 的顶层 bin/。
