TypeScript 7.0 drops the lib/tsc export that vue-tsc resolves at startup, so the grouped web PR (#7) fails `vue-tsc -b` with ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED. Skip 7.0.x only so Dependabot proposes 7.1 again once vue-tsc supports it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
