- Fixes refactor: add explicit "known simplifying assumptions" module/doc surfaced from config #33
- DM coupling: geometric nearest-neighbor model (not measured influence function)
- Turbulence: synthetic Kolmogorov data (not validated against real atmosphere)
- Latency: microbenchmarks only (not including camera/DMA/DM overhead)
- Each assumption cross-referenced to the source file and function that encodes it
… paper - Documents three key simplifications: DM geometric coupling (recon.c), synthetic turbulence data (synthetic_shwfs.py), microbenchmark-only latency figures - Each assumption cross-referenced to the code location that encodes it - Added to both README.md and docs/paper/rippra_paper.tex - Fixes #33
