HowToLens has no imaging/data_preparation/manual/mask_irregular script; this NEEDS_FIX entry was an orphaned copy of the shared skip line. The underlying bug (autogalaxy/autolens) is fixed; removing the dead marker. Completes the mask_irregular fold-in tail deferred from #300. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
