Adds somewhat opinionated docs on how to make sure maturin-action generates a full set of wheels, including for the free-threaded build.
I also added a section on using abi3t alongside abi3.
Opening as a draft because this assumes PyO3/maturin#3113 will be merged and also needs to wait for a maturin release including abi3t support and the fix in PyO3/maturin#3206.
