We are having a low amount of DAC and other techs already in earlier years that should not be there. E.g. in 2020 there is electricity consuming capacity from DAC of 0.2 MW leading to a total consumption of 1.1 GWh. Similar for heat pump and resistive heater techs. It is not a lot but we might consider banning them until 2030?
