Add SLOSMPIBackend and register it as "SLOS_MPI".
The backend wraps exqalibur.SLOS_MPI and integrates with SimulatorFactory, including circuit, polarization, delay, loss, and processor wrapper paths. MPI distributions are merged across ranks for standard Perceval probability simulation.
