• update downstream docs and review automation to refer to CryptoSnapshotPipelines
• prefer CryptoSnapshotPipelines / crypto-snapshot-pipelines local artifact checkout names
• keep CryptoLeaderRotation / crypto-leader-rotation fallback names for compatibility
