Context

  • When include_openapi is false, GET /openapi.json can fall through; users may get 404 on a normal route or miss OpenAPI. Behavior should be exact and tested.

Work

  • Document the interaction between include_openapi, set_openapi_served, and registration order in docs/openapi.md. Add a pytest for include_openapi=False.

Acceptance criteria

  • Documentation updated; pytest covers disabled OpenAPI.
