Goal

Modal Command Palette (shadcn_flutter Command / Dialog) on Ctrl/Cmd+P (also Russian З where other global shortcuts already do).

Implementation

1. lib/features/command_palette/command_palette_dialog.dart — input, grouped list, shortcut badges
2. Enter via QueryaFadeSlide / showAppDialog dialect; Motion Off snaps
3. main_screen.dart — global shortcut → showCommandPalette
4. Select → close + command.execute(context)
5. Tests: test/features/command_palette/command_palette_dialog_test.dart

Acceptance

• Ctrl/Cmd+P opens from any workspace
• Filter highlights matches; ↑/↓ navigate
• Enter runs + closes; Esc cancels
• Motion Off: no enter animation
