The README set and UI checks go through WebView2's DevTools protocol: start.ps1 starts a build portable with remote debugging, cdp.mjs runs JS and saves shots, shoot.sh makes one README shot, frame.py adds the window frame. README.md covers the build (embedded frontend, test identifier against single-instance handover), the README set, quick checks, what doesn't work and the clean-up.

Adds
scripts/screenshots/: the scripts behinddocs/screenshots/, which until now lived only in agents' scratch folders, and a README on using them.start.ps1starts a build portable (its owndata\, never the real%APPDATA%settings) with WebView2 remote debugging, passing along the flags fromtauri.conf.jsonthat the environment variable would otherwise replace.cdp.mjsruns JS in the page (real clicks, or__TAURI_INTERNALS__.invoke) and saves light or dark screenshots at a fixed size.shoot.shmakes one README shot by language, theme and screen;frame.pyadds the rounded frame and shadow.README.md: building with the embedded frontend and a test identifier (Plugcam is single-instance, so a running copy would swallow the new one), the 8 × 5 README set, quick UI checks, what doesn't work (screen capture and computer-use tools) and the clean-up.Checked on current main:
start.ps1came up on port 9222, andshoot.shproduced all five screens (main light, main dark with colour controls, settings light and dark, first-run guide) in Russian. Not re-checked: a main shot with the camera streaming, since the phone was in use by another running Plugcam.
