Centralizes printed instrument notation policy in the domain catalog, canonicalizes render_score before the widget sees new host output, enforces piano grand-staff structure (including synthesizing a silent missing staff based on dominant clef), preserves user-split remembered groups, removes stale/repeated voice labels, and reserves layout space for abcjs content that visually extends below the SVG. Adds regression coverage for split/restored piano groups, one-staff treble/bass piano completion, and stale clarinet-to-flute labels.
