Fixes the two remaining layout issues from the current ABCoda review. The widget now carries MCP host container dimensions into presentation context and establishes an internal host-bounded scroll viewport so the playback transport stays sticky inside ChatGPT, including with the editor open on compact layouts. It also adds a deterministic engraving-layout normalization that prevents inline K:/clef changes from being stranded on a physical line before the music they affect while preserving source offsets. Includes browser coverage for host-bounded sticky transport and unit coverage for clef-line normalization.
