Configure Index Tree

Index is a kind of folder in which the contents will be deposited. It is organized as tree strcture. You have to manage index first, then you can deposit your contents into the appropriate index.

Access Administration view

1. Log in to WEKO3 as an admin user.

2. Click the account name at the top right and then you can access the Account Profile View.

3. Select [Administration] in the Settings menu of the Account Profile View and then you can access the Administration view.

Edit Index Tree

4. Select [Setting]>[Edit Tree] in the menu on the left side and then you can access the Edit Tree View.

5. Click [Add] button and then a new index is created.

6. Click the new index and update index information. To publish the new index, check [Open to public] checkbox in index information.

7. Click [Send] button and then index information is updated.

8. Return the WEKO3 Main View and check the new index in the Index Tree view. At this moment there is no hyperlink to the WEKO3 Main View in the Administration view, so enter URL directly.
