Closing: full-tree parity would overwrite RI-SE-specific maintainer docs (public launch-readiness framing, ops checklist) with afelin private-fork text. Review signal integrity (#16) stays on main; a minimal forward-only sync can land ship_test + ENISA URL fixes without removing RI-SE work. |
