[BUG] Pinnacle crashes when you leave a folder with a stack open

Describe the bug
Pinnacle crashes when you leave a folder with a stack open.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a stack in a folder
2. Open the folder
3. Open the stack
4. Leave the folder without closing the stack
5. Attempt to do anything on Springboard, which will result in a crash

Expected behavior
No crash? I would fix myself in my own fork, but NathanLR doesn't give crashlogs for Springboard, so I don't know what is causing the issue.

• Device: iPhone 11 Pro
• iOS Version 16.6.1

Additional context
I would also test on my iOS 16.4.1 iPhone SE2, but I currently don't have access to it. I would also test on literally any iOS 15 device, but I don't own one (I don't want to update my 16GB 6S off 14.6), and I'm broke.
This is also unrelated to my indicator implementation. The issue has been occurring since before I implemented the indicators.

You're not meant to be able to create stacks inside of folders at all because of this issue.. I never had chance to workaround the crash and so I attempted to disable folder support entirely. Clearly that isn't working as planned. I would like to make folders work in general so i'll leave this issue as is, not too sure when i'll get around to doing it though since i'm pretty busy with school.

Somewhat fixed issue in #49, the fix still causes some weird artifacts (the stack is in a weird limbo state where it's both open and not) but it no longer crashes outright.
