The mechanics shipped in user-story amend mode (#51); the named rule the story asked for never landed. Adds house-rules '## The story-gap loop' (PM owns the update, amend mode is the channel, readiness re-runs, CC line notifies, Gate 0 boundary for dev-answerable gaps), cross-refs from amend-mode.md and story-readiness, core help discoverability row, and a mutation-verified contract suite (10/10 mutations killed). Suite: tests/story-gap-rule.test.sh — 14 checks, 11/11 mutations killed. core 0.16.0, pm 0.21.1.
