Added distributor permission validation:
Users can input the INCLUDE and EXCLUDE regions for each distributor.
Permissions for sub-distributors are checked against parent distributors to ensure the hierarchy of permissions is respected.
Case-insensitive matching for regions in the permission lists.
Preview before finalizing permissions:
After entering INCLUDE and EXCLUDE regions, the program now displays a preview summary of the distributor’s permissions.
The user is prompted for confirmation before proceeding with permission checks for cities.
Permission Checking:
The system checks if a distributor can distribute in a given city based on their INCLUDE and EXCLUDE regions.
Displays whether the distributor can distribute in specific cities (YES/NO).
