To the extent this Public License may be interpreted as a contract, You are granted the Licensed Rights in

1. Definitions.
a. Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon
the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or
otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights.
b. Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor
applies this Public License.
c. Licensed Rights means all rights granted to You subject to the terms and conditions of this Public License,
including but not limited to all Copyright and Similar Rights.
d. Licensor means the individual(s) or entity(ies) that offer(s) the Licensed Material under the terms of this Public License.
e. NonCommercial means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
f. You means the individual or entity exercising the Licensed Rights under this Public License.

2. Scope.
a. License grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Public License, the Licensor grants You a worldwide,
royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to exercise the Licensed Rights in the
Licensed Material to:
   i. reproduce and Share the Licensed Material, in whole or in part, for NonCommercial purposes only; and
   ii. produce and reproduce, but not Share, Adapted Material for NonCommercial purposes only.
b. Restrictions. The license granted does not permit You to exercise any rights that the Licensor has reserved.
c. Exceptions and Limitations. No provision of this Public License shall reduce, limit, or restrict any uses
or permissions that are free from copyright restrictions under applicable law.

3. License Conditions.
Your exercise of the Licensed Rights is expressly made subject to the following conditions:
a. Attribution. If You Share the Licensed Material (including in modified form), You must give appropriate credit,
provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but
not in any way that suggests the Licensor endorses You or Your use.
b. NonCommercial. You may not exercise the Licensed Rights for commercial purposes.

4. Sui Generis Database Rights. Where the Licensed Rights include Sui Generis Database Rights that apply to Your use of the Licensed Material,
the Licensor grants You the rights set out in Section 2 on the conditions in Section 3. Where the rights in the database are not owned by the Licensor,
You are responsible for determining whether and to what extent the Licensor possesses such rights and for obtaining any permissions necessary.

5. Representations and Warranties. The Licensor offers the Licensed Material as-is and makes no representations or warranties
concerning the Licensed Material. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Licensed Material is with You.

6. Termination.
a. Term. This Public License applies for the term of the rights licensed by the Licensor.
b. Termination for breach. Your rights under this Public License terminate automatically if You fail to comply with its terms.
c. Survival. Obligations to provide attribution, and certain other provisions, survive termination as specified by this Public License.

7. Other Terms and Conditions.
a. Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be interpreted as a limitation upon, or waiver of, the Licensor's moral rights or legitimate interests under applicable law.
b. The Licensor shall not be bound by any additional obligations not set out in this Public License unless expressly agreed.

8. Interpretation.
a. No endorsement. Nothing in this Public License may be construed as permission to assert or imply that You are endorsed by the Licensor.
b. If any term of this Public License is held to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
