FocusX 3.1 with night lockdown

🕛 Night Mode + Auto Breaks: Smart Focus Without Lifting a Finger

Version 3 and 3.1 introduce a flexible Sleep Time Blocker. You can now set your own custom sleep schedule (default: 12AM), and FocusX will remember it automatically and block the screen once your sleeping time reaches.

The app now runs in the background (especially useful when added to your startup folder), intelligently tracking the elapsed time and giving an automatic break even if you didn't press start on the pomodoro. You're not forced to press start and stop buttons, you can just add app to startup folder and watch the app hand you breaks after some eg every 50 mins.

New simpler version with less strict rules, 12 am timer removed for the night owls. Few more buttons added.
