fix(ui): improve access-log filters and global Caddy config readability #100

Description

@RentnerKev

Problem

Proxy access-log filters use free-text host/status fields, search does not reliably narrow results, Apply filters wraps below the controls, and client IPs wrap across lines. Global Caddy Active config is difficult to read, while Generated defaults, Preview and Reload add confusing controls.

Alpha 5 scope

  • Searchable host dropdown listing available hosts, with an automatically focused search field at the top.
  • Status dropdown and working host/method/path search, including partial host names.
  • Apply filters aligned with controls on desktop; client IP kept on one line with country flag where geolocation is available.
  • Format and syntax-highlight global Active config.
  • Remove Generated defaults, Preview and Reload from the global settings UI; retain meaningful editing and saving behavior.
  • Add regression tests and run repository checks.

Related to #73 and #74. Moved from Beta 1 to v1.0.0-alpha.5.

Alpha 5 delivery: PR #101, commit 2d80036, verified in main after Alpha 4. Existing completed status retained. Later filter behavior in #102 supersedes the earlier Apply/Refresh controls.
