- Add constants for boss locations

- Used friendlier names for every directory in the disassembly to clean things up a bit.
- Updated build script so that it uses the name of the folder you cloned into as part of the name for the rom.
- Removed soned2 projects since they might not play nicely with the new directory tree.
Current make project neater
- sonic.asm is no longer called sonic.asm, but project.asm, since your hack could be called anything, even if it is not sonic.
- Updated the readme file to include a note that it is not in fact the sonic retro disassembly anymore.
- Added a ChangeLog to the readme file. It records changes since the official sonic retro one.
