Reserves Return for shifting up or increasing resistance while a session is open, rather than activating a focused dashboard control. Preserves normal keyboard behavior in dialogs, editable fields, and ended sessions. Documents the behavior in the README. Verified the Start new session → focused End session → Return sequence and paused, disconnected, maximum-gear, gear-button, and dialog boundaries in isolated Chrome. Full local CI passed immediately before pushing: 402 tests, Biome, Tailwind diagnostics, TypeScript, and production build.
