Removes arbitrary activity count, per-file size, and aggregate ZIP size limits. Processes ZIP input incrementally, saves activities sequentially, and preserves prior successful imports when later archive data fails. Shows fatal and partial import failures in a dialog on every Sessions tab, with filenames, error details, keyboard navigation, and focus restoration. Updates README and archive regression coverage. Verification: restored 501 exported sessions containing 122.6 MB of expanded data, including five 24.2 MB activities; standalone 24.2 MB TCX import passed. Isolated Chrome verified dialog behavior, duplicate-safe retries, long-error scrolling, and completion with Sessions closed. Full local CI passed immediately before push: 405 tests, Biome, Tailwind diagnostics, TypeScript, and production build.
