Run-5 evidence: a bare 'translate the meta tags' run recon-looped 5 turns and the operator killed it before the soft warn at 6 could land. Warn now fires at 4 read-only calls with a directive (click the most plausible control / list_form_fields / within / or say what blocks you). Block stays at 10 with the 1.9.1 reset; wait() still marks deliberate polling.
