Adds four new functions to
src/core/topics.ts:deleteTopic(db, topicId, options?)- Delete a topic, optionally removing associated documentsrenameTopic(db, topicId, newName)- Rename a topicgetDocumentsByTopic(db, topicId, options?)- Browse documents by topic with paginationgetTopicStats(db)- Get all topics with document countsAll functions are exported from
src/core/index.tsand include 14 new tests.
