Debian packaging for the official ONNX Runtime 1.21.0 Linux release on Ubuntu 24.04 amd64 and arm64.
The package installs the shared library and C/C++ headers under
/opt/roboparty. Release archives are downloaded from Microsoft's GitHub
release and verified with a fixed SHA256 checksum before packaging.
