Hansei (反省) is a digital well-being application designed to help you practice the Japanese philosophy of self-reflection. It acts as a supportive "clinical companion," helping you navigate your daily emotions, reframe negative thoughts, and maintain a consistent mindfulness routine.

As you journal, our smart system identifies your emotional state. It helps you visualize your progress through the Hansei Mirror, showing your mood trends and emotional balance over the week.

🧪 The CBT Lab

Got a negative or stressful thought? The CBT Lab helps you break it down and provides a helpful "reframe" to help you look at the situation from a more positive and balanced perspective.

🧘 The Zen Room

A dedicated space for mindfulness. Set a Zen Intention based on how you feel right now, and use our meditation timer and calming background sounds to find your center.

🎵 Mindful Music

Receive personalized music recommendations that match your detected mood to help you relax, focus, or lift your spirits.

🛡️ Safety First

Your well-being is our priority. If the system detects signs of a clinical crisis, it will immediately provide localized helpline numbers and professional resources to ensure you get the support you need.
