It is time for humanity to grow up — or face extinction. This book is a sketch of what humanity must become. A vector of effort for those who have the will to develop the text and the technologies.
A Marxist analysis of a post-capitalist civilization built around the Global Cybernetic Planner (GCP) — a decentralized, distributed system for coordinating production and distribution in the interests of people, not capital.
The book was co-authored with AI systems (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Qwen) and is distributed free of charge.
- Volume 1: Critique and Transition — a Marxist analysis of the crisis of capitalism, the mechanics of transition, and the architecture of the GCP.
- Volume 2: Architecture of the Future — human life within the system: hubs, reputation economy, life cycle, neurosociety.
The books can be read independently — but together they form a unified whole.
The book should become a tool for agitation and a practical guide. Needed:
- editing and development of the argumentation
- examples from real cooperatives and movements
- a section on practical assistance in establishing a cooperative (organizational, legal, technical)
The key maxim of the GCP requires a rigorous dialectical definition: "the realization of the full potential of every person." What does this mean operationally? How can it be measured? How can it be protected from interpretations that serve the interests of the system?
A basic software tool for building, managing, and networking cooperatives at the initial level.
Requirements:
- low hardware requirements
- simple to install
- intuitive to use
The Core uses any available network — from standard internet to LoRa/Meshtastic — and adapts its operation to the network's capabilities.
Built-in instructions and templates for establishing and maintaining a cooperative across different jurisdictions.
Instructions for deploying communications for a cooperative at any available level of infrastructure.
Fractal reputation is a replacement for money as the measure of access to resources.
Unlike money, it does not accumulate passively and cannot be inherited. Unlike a unified social credit score — it does not collapse all human behavior into a single number.
It is a multidimensional profile of confirmed contribution: separate for each field of activity. High standing in biology confers no advantage when voting on urban planning. A master in pedagogy receives recognition precisely where it has been earned.
Reputation converts into priority access to resources beyond the basic level — equipment, projects, computing capacity. Basic goods (food, housing, healthcare) are not reputation-dependent: they are guaranteed to all.
Why this matters: to eliminate the monopoly on status, make recognition genuinely earned, and prevent the formation of a new elite — technocratic or otherwise.
Development needed:
- a plan for the gradual introduction of fractal reputation
- forms of resource distribution at the initial stage and in development
An algorithm that — given input data and local conditions — generates a technically and organizationally ready-to-implement hub project. Not a wish list, but a concrete plan.
