<li>1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes</li>
<li>4 eggs</li>
<li>1 small diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic</li>
<li>1 chopped red bell pepper</li>
<li>1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Paprika, salt, and pepper</li>
<li>1 tbsp Olive oil</li>
<li>some parsley!</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.</li>
<li>Stir in the garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.</li>
<li>Pour in the crushed tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Use a spoon to make 4 small "wells" or indentations in the sauce. Carefully crack an egg into each well.</li>
<li>Turn the heat to low, put a lid on the pan, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.</li>
<li>Garnish with parsley and EAT!</li>
