• add a self-contained anonymous-review identity escrow slice for User & Project Management
• issue deterministic pseudonymous handles while redacting ORCID/GitHub/SAML subjects from review participants
• evaluate object-level access grants, identity assurance, and policy-controlled deanonymization requests with audit hashes
• include requirement mapping, tests, synthetic sample data, terminal demo, SVG, and short MP4 demo

Why this is scoped to issue #11

This focuses on optional anonymous user mode, linked identity evidence, public/private profile privacy, RBAC/object-level project access, and project audit logs. It avoids duplicating broad RBAC ledgers, member lifecycle/offboarding flows, or institutional recertification modules already submitted by others.
