- Track connection state through thread launches and reconnects.
- Show connecting status consistently across thread UI and composer behavior.
- Prevent stale reconnects from misrouting input or steering turns.
- Add regression coverage and update localized connection strings.
- Show connection progress in thread UI - Guard async launch cleanup and startup/close races - Restrict steering to active structured turns - Refresh localized terminal labels and regression tests
