Right now a single joint PDF is generated for each planet and used to calculate the completeness for each observing scenario. However, the different observing modes observe at different wavelengths and the PDF is only computed for the first bandpass (575 nm). This means while the completeness calculation is using the correct photometric constraint for each observing scenario, the PDF is always based on the albedo/phase model grids at the 575 nm bandpass. I would expect that the dMag values of the PDF change slightly for the different bandpasses which will affect completeness.
