Add Custom Events onto the Calendar View

This one seems easy but helpful for students. Basically add custom time slots onto the calendar such as babysitting, work, etc. Something that shows up with the selected courses from either the jc or gtc. This would help all students, not just GtC.

Issue Outline

• Add an Event
  • title, days of the week, time range, location, notes
• Modify and Delete Events with a Modal

Not super easy because a form needs to be added to the website and support mobile and desktop.
