fix(web): auto-verify user wallet payments

Summary

• Show the active Privy-connected wallet address in Session details.
• Automatically re-check the same user-wallet transaction after an initial 202 UNKNOWN response.
• Preserve the no-duplicate-transfer invariant and keep manual verification as a fallback.

• Focused tests: 3 files / 33 tests PASS
• Web suite: 17 files / 93 tests PASS
• Full pnpm test: 80 files / 1055 tests PASS
• Browser tests: 8/8 PASS
