Summary

Clarifies the OneShot product plan around sponsor qualification and hashless recovery.

  • Keeps the selected recovery path: live OneShot/Arc Subgraph -> Subgraph MCP -> LLM Recovery Agent -> deterministic OneShot/Arc verification.
  • Treats Subgraph MCP as the OneShot v1 architecture choice. Direct application GraphQL is not the selected implementation path.
  • Treats Arc Testnet as the only currently available public Arc network. No Mainnet chain ID, RPC, explorer, token, or contract value is guessed.
  • Fixes the Mermaid recovery sequence diagram.
  • Updates planning contracts and recovery fixtures; no runtime code, database migration, or live authorization path changes.

Sponsor targets

  • The Graph: Best AI Tooling or AI Use Case (From Scratch). Live Graph data must materially affect the recovery agent's recommendation.
  • Privy: Best B2B financial product and Best financial flow.
  • Arc: Launch on Arc Testnet & Push to Mainnet, with a working Testnet product and a disabled deployment-ready Mainnet profile.
  • Arc: Best DeFi / Onchain Finance Application as a secondary claim.

The Composable/Standardized Graph track and Circle Agent Stack track are not claimed.

Acceptance criteria

  • Sponsor claims map to concrete product behavior and evidence.
  • Subgraph MCP remains the selected live Graph access path.
  • Arc Testnet is the only enabled live settlement profile.
  • Mainnet parameters remain unset until officially published and verified.
  • The recovery diagram renders without the invalid sequence-note separator.
  • RecoveryAdvisorPort, recovery fixtures, and the IndexViewPort boundary are formalized.

Validation

git diff --check: PASS
repository-policy: PASS on the previous PR head; GitHub will rerun it for this head

The Cloudflare Workers build is not relevant because the project has no Cloudflare site.

Independent review evidence

Gate A and Gate B were explicitly waived by the repository owner for this planning and contract-specification change. Reviewers should treat the PR as having no independent automated gate evidence.

Risk and rollback

Sponsor eligibility and Arc network availability can change. Mainnet remains disabled until Arc publishes official parameters, B01 verifies them, and a human explicitly authorizes activation.

Rollback: revert the documentation commits or close the PR. No migration, deployment, or runtime state change is involved.

Human merge

  • A human owner reviews and merges the PR.

Add an explicit sponsor claim mapping across the three partner slots, naming
each claimed track and recording why the Composable/Standardized Graph and
Circle Agent Stack tracks are deliberately not claimed.

Add section 5b covering Arc qualification: every Arc requirement mapped to an
owner and artifact, the four-screen minimum qualifying frontend marked
non-cuttable, an early OpenAPI freeze so frontend slices can start against the
mock ahead of live proof, and the deliberate thin Circle tool surface.

State the mainnet-readiness position against Arc public mainnet opening
16 September 2026 on chain 5042, after the submission deadline. The build
targets deployment-ready, with MAINNET_READINESS.md as the single
reviewer-facing artifact and real-value execution disabled pending explicit
human authorization.

Extend section 18 risks and the Gate P6 checklist to cover the new claims.
